30-day money-back guarantee on your first monthly fee, counted from go-live. Setup fee not included.

It covers your first order: the first monthly fee of everything that goes live on your first go-live date.
Add-ons you buy later are not covered.
Once per business. It does not apply again if you come back later.
The setup fee is not refunded. The one exception: if KRM can't deliver a working agent for reasons on its side, it is refunded in full.
A refund inside the first 30 days stops the agent the same day.
If you come back later, there is no second setup fee for the same agent.

Why does the setup price change?

Reactivation, repeat-visit reminders and unbooked-work follow-up share one connection to your customer data. The first of the three pays $999 setup; each one after pays $299, because the connection is only built once.

What do you need from me?

CRM or customer list; calendar; consent to message customers.

What does setup cover?

The setup fee is charged at checkout, before the build starts. The monthly fee starts at go-live, billed in advance.

Can I cancel?

Cancel anytime. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. After day 30 the agent runs to the end of the paid month, then billing stops.
